The current excitement and interest among many churches in wanting to become intentional disciplemaking churches provides us with an avenue of significant service given our years of experience both in terms of ministry and materials that we have produced.

NavMedia has been working hard at bringing quality Navigator material to the doorstep of churches and church members via book tables. This has opened yet another door for The Navigators to serve the body of Christ at large.

“At the book tables, we have had the opportunity and joy of talking to pastors, church leaders and members about their desire to see evangelism and disciplemaking strengthened in their churches,” shares CDM staff member and former NavMedia General Manager, Mogan Mannar. “In several cases we were able to partner with the Church Discipleship Ministry (CDM) to follow through with relevant workshops and seminars.”

On many instances individual church members have had their disciplemaking passion rekindled as a result of personal interactions with NavMedia staff (all Navigator labourers or alumni) around the book table. Mogan tells of how a church member approached him with a name card, asking if he would mentor him. Since then Mogan has been mentoring him with special emphasis on ministering to his cell group and living the Christian life.

As Navigators Bible study materials “continue to be a main stay for Christian education, a curriculum has been developed using our material for the churches covering a broad range of age groups and spiritual maturity.”
